RESIDENTIAL ACCOMODATION AT SRINAGAR

 (Located next to Ishwar Ashram, Ishber Nishat, P.O. Brein, Nishat Srinagar, Kashmir –191121)

Requests should have following details:

·       Name, address, mobile number, e mail, number of devotees, Age of devotees, number of rooms needed ,  check in / check out dates

·       Confirmation status reply shall be sent by KSI within 24-48 hours

·       Rooms shall be allotted on first come first served basis

·       Period allowed : Maximum 15 days in one go (based on availability), extension depending on availability (max 25 days allowed in one calendar year)

1.     From Srinagar Airport: Ashram nearly 20 km from Srinagar airport, and the commute time is around 1 hour. The prepaid Taxi counter just outside the exit area of the airport.  

2.    From Lal Chowk (city center)/ Tourist Reception Centre (TRC), Srinagar: Ashram nearly 12 km from Lal Chowk area/TRC. Local buses plying towards Nishat/Shalimar/Harwan gardens can be boarded. Local Cabs freely available from the city center. Uber cabs also available.

3.    Ashram is a 5-10-minute walk from Nishat Garden(well known landmark). Keep on the road towards Shalimar/Harwan. Nearly 400 m from Nishat Garden, a lane on the right steeply climbs uphill(by side of Hotel Kashmir Mahal) After nearly 150 m climb, ashram gate should be seen on the left (second gate on left)

After arrival in KSI residential complex

·       Produce copy of confirmation of accomodation

·       Indian Devotees shall bring copy of Aadhar Card

·       Overseas devotees shall bring copies of passport and visa . They shall fill Form C and hand over same to caretaker.

·       All Devotees shall make entry in Accommodation Register, providing information of Name, Address , Mobile , Email , Check in date, likely check out date , Donation amount  etc

During stay

·       All shall follow strict vegetarianism in Ashram (also , no external food item allowed)
