GUIDELINES FOR TEMPORARY STAY ACCOMODATION AT KSI

· Written Request needs to be submitted to Gen Secy of KSI in person at Srinagar or

E-mail: kashmirshaivainstitute @gmail.com at least 01 week before the proposed date of stay at KSI .

· Member /Student shall submit copy of Aadhar Card /passport /Covid Vaccination immediately on Arrival at KSI and make his entry with Name, Address, Mobile, Email, Donation etc. in Accommodation Register .

· Accommodation Register to be maintained at Ashram .

· Member /Student shall follow Code of conduct of KSI during stay at Ashram .

· All shall follow vegetarianism in Ashram .

· Member/ Student shall strictly abstain from smoking /alcohol etc during stay at KSI

· Member /Student shall follow Dress code of Ashram during his stay at Ashram .

· Member /Student shall be allowed to stay for a maximum period of 7 days subject to extension depending on availability of Accommodation at KSI

· Accommodation for stay at Ashram for Members/Students on occasion of Swamijis Birthday /Mahasamadhi Function ( 3 Days ) For stay of all Volunteers during workshops /seminar is FREE subject to availability .

· Accommodation for stay shall be Provided Free (for 3 days) to Eminent scholars and Saints

Donation:

· Donation @ Rs. 700/- per person per day ( For Non AC Room ) with Breakfast /Lunch /Dinner shall be charged from Devotees /Members .

Donation deposited with KSI immediately on arrival of Member /Student at KSI .
